What is your schedule?
We are open from 04:00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m. 365 days a year. If you land at 01:00 or later, the pick-up will be at 04:00.
Valet service (05:00 to 23:45). If your flight arrives after that time, don't worry, we will pick you up in a van and take you to your car.
Only with the Valet service, the Transfer is available 24 hours.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

How far in advance do I have to arrive at the parking lot?
We recommend you book at least 20 minutes before the time you want to be at the airport to avoid unforeseen events.
What is done with my vehicle? Do I have to leave the keys?
When you arrive at the Parking facilities, our staff will receive your vehicle, take your information and tell you where you should park it. We will not move it until your return, as we do not keep the keys except for exceptions such as hiring a car wash or performing the Valet service.
Do you have airport transfer service?
Yes, with our courtesy shuttle service you will be at the terminal in less than 5 minutes. On the return, if there is a lot of demand, we will prioritize transferring the driver of the vehicle to avoid longer waiting times. If flights are delayed we are available until 1:00, anyone who lands at 1:00 or later will be picked up at 4:00.
What should we do for you to come pick us up?
Call us or send us a WhatsApp when you land at 613 169 452 and go to the agreed meeting point. Remember that in case of high demand, vehicle drivers will have priority for transfers.
What is valet service?
It's our valet service. By hiring Valet when making the reservation, your vehicle will be picked up and delivered by one of our employees at the airport Departures terminal, so you will not have to go to our parking lot. Read the entire operation of the Valet service in our terms and conditions.
What happens if my return flight is delayed?
Don't worry. It is necessary that you notify us with the new expected arrival time, otherwise we will close at 01:00. Transfers between 01:00 and 01:30 will have a supplement of €10. In any case, the last transfer will leave the airport at 01:15, if you do not arrive on time we will pick you up at 04:00 with the parking opening.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is made when you arrive at the parking lot at the Parking facilities or at the terminal itself if you hire the Valet service. Regardless of the service you contract, payment can be made either in cash or with a credit or debit card.
